Bila masuk France, kita perlu belajar serba sedikit bahasa dorang. Sebab ada terbaca kat forum, orang perancis ni macam susah sket nak cakap english.

so, marilah kita blajar basic2 france

train

1. Selamat hari raya aidiladha. Aku beraya di perantauan hari ini. Pertama kali beraya jauh dari famili. Uhuks. :-(.

2. Oleh kerana kemungkinan besarnya tak jadi ke holland sebab dengar kabarnya mungkin tulip dah dipotong2, maka kami mungkin menukar haluan.

london - paris - london - manchester - glasgow -london. so far mcm tu la.

http://www.thetrainline.com/

3. Aku dah check eurostar untuk travel 13 (Rabu) May ke Paris dan 15 (Jumaat) May kembali ke London. Disebabkan schedule open hanya sampai Mac, aku test tengok time pada hari Rabu dan Jumaat. Harga tiket 59 pound seorang pergi/balik.

-london
>hard rock cafe (naik tube to Green Park)
>liverpool stadium (4 jam dari london hu hu berangan je la masa tak ada)
>arsenal stadium (naik tube ke stesen Arsenal. dalam bandar london jadi insya Allah)
>stonehedge (leceh sikit. kena naik bas(2jam)/train (1jam30min). sampai stesen kena amik local bus/cab)

-paris
>potret monalisa kat museum Lourve (yang pyramid kaca tu)
>hard rock cafe (naik metro ke stesen Grands Boulevards)
>notre dame (sini souvenir eiffel tower murah)

kota paris

Ini beberapa info dari forumer :

Well nak cari hotel yg dekat dgn transportation area or tourist centre, for sure agak mahal, would be at least 90Euros per nite ... try surfing here www.govoyages.com and www.voyages-sncf.com

Kalau nak round Paris dan kalau budget low, jgn naik double decker bus tuh sbb cost a lot around 22Euros(but for 2 days).
Nak murah, better take the boat ride in Paris which cost you around 11Euros in which will stop at few touristic places. You can stop and jalan² at that area AND take the same boat company to go to other stop WITHOUT having to pay again. This valid the whole day.

Utk shopping souvenirs pulak, this boat mmg ada stop kat Notre Dame in which, famour for souvenirs and you can find cheaper than other places. Jgn sekali kali beli eiffel tower key chain kat Eiffel tower coz it would be more expensive but instead, beli kat Notre Dame. So many shops, you can compare the price and can even bargain if you are buying a lot.

btw..klu pegi disneyland..jgn lupe bawak bekal sendirik
nanti kelaparan
skang ni rasenye disneyland tutup kol 8 kot..
summer karang baru dia tutup kol 1
n klu nak jumpe mickey and the gang...derang selalunye berlegar kol 10 pagi cenggitu

utk naik eiffel tower..
make sure sampai sane before 9am
klu tak alamatnye Q dah cam ular
n nak pegi sane..either naik RER C n stop kat Tour Eiffel
or naik metro 6 but please stop kat Trocadero (jgn stop kat Bir Hakiem)
this is a perfect place utk amik gambar

klu naik sampai tingkat 3..about 11 euros kot per p
klu naik sampai tingkat 2 or 1..murah la sket
btw
bleh panjat tangga utk ke tingkat 2 n 1..the price is cheaper..cume larat ke idak je..he he he

disneyland ni zone 5..it takes about 40 mins kot from paris..Ade public transport (RER A..macam komuter gitu)
n tiketnye klu tak silap 7-8 euros one way
tiket disneyland plak..aku dah tak sure
try check website dia..kekadang ade promotion..so bleh dapat murah
otherwise..kne bayar full price la (34€ utk satu park 1 hari)

1. Bottle of water.
Keeping hydrated is THE most important part of avoiding jetlag. The humidity in the aircraft hovers around 15%. Compare that with the humidity in the world’s driest place, the Atacama Desert, where it hovers around 16%. In fact, try to drink as much water as possible. Just ask the steward (ess) for a large bottle and keep it by your seat so you can take sips whenever you want. (Dalam kes kita, beli bukan mintak he he he).

2. Reset your internal clock.
The moment the flight attendants announce the time in your new destination, set your watch to the destination time and sleep according to that time. This makes it easier to force yourself to stay awake if you’re arriving at the destination in the evening. This helps your body to start the change in its body clock, which is so important when combating jet lag. Let's say for example that you are flying from KL to London, then when you board the plane you should set your clock to London time and try not to sleep until it is close to sleeping time in London.

3. Be loose.
Seating is snug, so make yourself cozy. Wear loose clothing and swap your shoes for socks as you settle into your seat.

4. Watch your back.
An inflatable neck pillow can help with "bobbing head syndrome," prevent neck pain and encourage serious sleep. If you tend to suffer from neck or shoulder pain when flying, try "Bodi Heat Neck & Shoulder Pain Relief" pads. These actually can be applied directly to the skin. They provide heat for up to 6 hours.

5. Catch some zzz’s.
An eyemask and a set of ear plugs are very helpful. The latter has the added benefit of thwarting tinnitus, the ear ringing that many of us experience following hours of roaring engine sounds. Keep in mind that resting with your eyes closed is 70% to 80% as effective as real sleep. Even a short snooze will make a big difference in your recovery time.

6. Eat carefully.
Pressurized cabins can have odd effects on your gastro intestinal system. Avoid gas producing foods preflight, such as apples, apricots, beans, broccoli, cabbage and cauliflower - even milk if you’re lactose intolerant. And pack high fiber snacks in your carry-on, such as dried fruit, nuts and whole grain granola bars. Dehydration and lack of activity can also often result in post-flight constipation, even among those who never experience it at home.

7. Keep moving.
Blood clots (in doctor speak "DVT" or Deep Vein Thrombosis) are a serious health threat on long flights. Force yourself to get up and move around the cabin on a regular basis. Flex your legs and rotate your ankles while you’re seated. Do knee bends while waiting in line for the lavatory. Spend layovers walking through the airport. (Minum banyak lepas tu boleh jalan-jalan pergi toilet. he he he).

8. Expose yourself.
Light is essential for resetting your internal clock. If you arrive at your destination during the day, get outside to take in the natural daylight. Let the adrenalin rush of being in a foreign place keep you awake until after supper time. If you feel your energy lagging and you must take a nap, keep it short (less than 2 hours) and don’t sleep through sunset.
If you arrive at night and if you managed to stay awake on the plane, you shouldn’t have trouble falling asleep. You may, however, find yourself awake after only a few hours. Help yourself back to sleep with a warm bath, an over-the-counter sleeping aid (such as Tylenol PM) or even a warm glass of milk (a natural source of melatonin and the amino acid precursor to serotonin, 2 sleepinducing hormones).

When you do arrive at your destination, and it is day time, try not to go to sleep, no matter how tired you are. Instead try to go outdoors and into the sunshine if possible, this helps to alter your body clock, and will mean you will be back to normal a lot quicker.

Sebabnya adik beradik lelaki aku semua sokong Man U, dan aku adalah suka utk cari gaduh dgn mereka. Padahal aku neutral jek ngan Man U. Cuma sajala nak tunjuk gambar tu kat adik2 aku. :D Boleh tak Julianne? Boleh kan? kan?

The Changing of the Guard takes place in the forecourt of Buckingham Palace at 11.30 every day in summer,
every other day in winter, and lasts about 45 minutes.
The New Guard marches to the Palace from Wellington Barracks with a Guards band,
the Old Guard hands over in a ceremony during which the sentries are changed and then returns to barracks.
The New Guard then marches to St James's Palace leaving the detachment at Buckingham Palace.

kemudian tekan convert
lepas tu klik link "Create a Pocket-size converter to take on your trip."
print simpan dalam wallet

buatlah untuk euro jugak :)
